At High Connect, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. You may request complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

How to Request Data Deletion

  1. Send an email to highconnect.app@gmail.com
  2. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
  3. Include the email address or phone number associated with your account
  4. Specify the login provider you used (Google, Facebook, Apple, or X)
  5. Confirm that you want your account and all data permanently deleted
Important: Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once processed, you will need to create a new account if you wish to use High Connect again.

Processing Timeframe

We process all data deletion requests within 7 working days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

Facebook Data Deletion Callback

If you signed in using Facebook, you can also request data deletion directly from your Facebook settings by removing the High Connect app from your connected applications. This will trigger our data deletion process automatically.
