High Connect is a platform that connects users with professional civil engineering service providers. We facilitate communication and booking between users and providers but are not responsible for the quality of services rendered.

3. User Accounts

To use High Connect, you must create an account using one of our supported authentication providers (Google, Facebook, Apple, or X). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it.

4. User Conduct

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Use the platform responsibly and lawfully
• Respect other users and service providers
• Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Not harass, abuse, or harm others

5. Service Providers

Service providers on High Connect are independent contractors. High Connect does not employ, endorse, or guarantee the quality of any service provider. Users engage with providers at their own discretion and risk.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating fake accounts or profiles
• Posting false or misleading information
• Attempting to bypass security measures
• Using the platform for illegal purposes
• Spamming or sending unsolicited messages

7. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in behavior deemed harmful to the platform or its users. Misuse or abuse may result in immediate account suspension or permanent deletion.

8. Limitation of Liability

High Connect is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our platform or services obtained through it.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
